I'm a 69 year old female, purchasing a car for the first time on my own! The sales guy was friendly and helpful. Got what I thought was a fairly good deal. I purchased it about a month ago and within the first week it had to go in for an issue, luckily it was under warranty. They had it in the shop for a week. Now not so sure I don't have another issue.

Good price. But tried to change price after agreed price and deposit was given. Salesman John texted me a price and breakdown of total for the purchase. I agreed to the deal, gave CC and was charged the 1k deposit to holdvthe deal. I lived out of the dealer state and had to travel 700+ miles to make the deal. The valet service doesn't match what's in your system because your system said i needed to drop it off but text said you would pick it up and I Never got a call saying my vehicle was ready!
Easy to get the appointment and in and out in 1 hour. The only problem is they didn't tell me about a recall so now I need to call and make another appointment
